I work HR VSPP days are over. You had a chance but didn't bite. Going forward were going to make your life miserable and hopefully you walk away. This change will save us money and increase my bonus. You fools

Took one 2 years ago, I make more, work less and have the same benefits. Also, no union dues and garbage employees. Take if it comes, all I hear is it keeps getting worse.

Just got offer and accepted in PA. Already have another job lined up, not in telecom. Pays more, better benefits, no constant threat of layoff hanging over your head. And good morale, not a bunch of grouchy people waiting to be axed.

PA is known for coal mines.
Did you get an offer as coal mine technician?

Level3 has been eating up telecoms for years but this time they bit off way more than they can chew, Mr. CEO will be booted as soon as his contract is up!

The long term affect of being laid off before getting to much invested in this company will be much better for any relatively young person. Most older people here are just waiting for the opportunity to leave with the best circumstance possible for them. The largest part of this company has no future beyond two more years. They do not want small businesses and residential. Bottom line. They want to go back to the old level 3.
