I believe most have been polishing resumes and considering other options for a while now. I am very worried about getting another offer, although many tell me that finding a new job is easier than ever which is encouraging. But is that really so?
I have already sent some applications, so far there is no answer and anxiety is through the roof.

If you have been focused on yourself and career development and more importantly transferrable skillsets you will be fine, if you have been sitting still sipping the arm koolaid and mistaking Softbanks micro-bubble for actual talent then you may find it hard to convince another organisation you are valuable to them.
But even then I'm seeing lots of people move to other naive organisations impressed by their job titles and market segment knowledge without realising those same people never delivered anything of significance or any real product.
Everyone is moving jobs now, all industries, all functions, all levels. Be persistent.
