Since I'm not expecting to get a response from someone who's regretted leaving here, I am just wondering about those who were lucky enough to leave here already - how much better pay and benefits did you get? I received an offer that includes a 20% higher pay, but the benefits were not nearly as good, so I gave up.

I left GA last year for a position with a 30% raise. The benefits are really good and my position is fully remote, not the 1 day a week flex day cr-p GA is pulling. I'm still in the defense industry. It was honestly the best move I ever made. I honestly couldn't ask for more, super happy. The jobs are there.
I went from 115k to 150k. Better benefits and higher 401k match including more days off. I left the defense industry but stayed in SD. I do have to actually work - where at GA one does get to relax a lot.
But that said … I don’t regret the move but would warm people that have been at GA for sometime that … it may be a culture shock to move to another company
I don't know your skillset or home situation but if a person is able/willing to relocate or work a contract job, there are tons of really good paying jobs available right now.
Depends where… there’s better out there, there’s worse out there…. Don’t give up if you’re set on leaving
