Is every area of this company completely insane? Or is it just the bank? The refusal of leadership to prioritize anything, false deadlines etc creates a horrific environment for employees. Everything is a fire drill. There is no time to do quality work or be thoughtful about anything. Processes are poorly designed and tasks that should be simple are completely over engineered. Other areas of the company may care about employees but the bank clearly does not. Just finishing a week of 12-15 hour days, not sustainable.
It is a problem across the entire company. Exec leaders say we must prioritize but they themselves cannot. There are rave reviews of the member service reps, but the rest of the company is suffering. Cant wait to see what the latest project "future proofing" brings.
