Sarah didn't join the firm until like 2020, and mostly focused on digital. The compliance fines have nothing to do with her and were mostly manageable outside of the Rx fuckup that cost JS his job. She's also never run a Medicaid P&L which is amusing and guarantees the company's going to split itself.

LN walked because of basic boardroom drama, she was backing KF for CEO spot and got rolled by the CC/WD/FE clique.

Yikes. If she was in charge of technology then wow…we have problems. Getting anything through IT is a nightmare with the spaghetti code and systems that barely talk to each other.

Come on, you can't put all of that on Sarah. She started in 2020. But..
It looks like the person who was in charge of compliance and risk management during all of the state lawsuits against Centene was promoted to CEO.

Prior to Sarah's appointment as CEO, London served as vice chairman of the Centene board of directors. In her management role, she led the company's technology and digital strategy, in addition to running the healthcare enterprises and specialty divisions, corporate strategy, quality operations, internal audit, compliance, and risk management.

How well did she do at internal audit, compliance, and risk management so far? 195 ligitamate violations totaling $1,081,263,168 in penalties
