Sarah didn't join the firm until like 2020, and mostly focused on digital. The compliance fines have nothing to do with her and were mostly manageable outside of the Rx fuckup that cost JS his job. She's also never run a Medicaid P&L which is amusing and guarantees the company's going to split itself.
