Forget that “Who hurt Sarah” post that’s getting so much attention!!
We need to be focused on the real problem and concern that over half of the employees are raising which is salary! Many of us are barely making it off of the crumbs we are being paid! And this is coming from an employee who exceeds in their role and has been with the company for seven years! I’m not lazy! I do my job, well! My salary is cr-p compared to the work I’m expected to produce and exceedingly produce!
This is where they’re in our attention needs to be and stay until it’s resolved!
