Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

What is your favorite Fritz misadventure?

(A). Brazos yard… forcing individuals to give up their property for a railyard that never came into fruition. How did he get any stock or bonus The year the corporation had to take a tax write off. How many jobs could’ve been saved?

(B) Destroying the professional workforce to the point that UP must hire ex cons ? Although this is being done under the guise of social justice where is the social justice for the people in Spring Texas who are dying from creosote pollution? Where is the social justice for people who gave 20 years to this company and turned out for nothing?

(C) procuring a fleet of diesel locomotives that were unneeded with the implementation of PSR. Although He was not the CEO at the time of the purchase agreement he’s now making a similar mistake getting a bunch of electric locomotives to placate the SJW‘s. Someone should tell him they use fossil fuels to create the electricity that those are going to use and to build them.

Lying Lance said in 2017 in a company wide email that "the layoffs were over" which is my personal favorite

I liked it when he put on the new safety vest and made a courage to care video in front of the locomotive and told us how much he cared. I watch that video every night. So inspiring.

All of the things listed are true. Now for another truth; UP is extremely profitable, net income was 1.6 Billion in the first quarter and the stock price is over $258.00. No matter what the employees think of Fritz, the investors and board of directors are very happy with the companies financial situation. You can list what you believe are his failures all day, but the truth is he isn’t going anywhere.

  1. My favorite fritz foul would be would be changing the titles of all managers and pay scales a few years ago. Also changing traditional job titles , no more brakeman , foreman , chiefs, Carmen etc.

Lischer will probably become CEO of Krispy Kreme or KFC, considering how knowledgeable he is about doughnuts and fried chicken.

Why did Tom Lischer have to go away?
I guess now that Jim‘s gone it’s not safe to ride the Vena Special

Fritz Brazos is so ineffective they had to bring in somebody else to implement PSR. What exactly is he doing to earn his extreme compensation?
