First of all, I am disappointed. Why is it getting harder and harder for GA to get contracts, even smaller ones? What is the reason?

GA is too expensive too rigid and too arrogant for customers. They don’t listen. They tell. When they write proposals and present themselves this way, the customer doesn’t want to work with them.
Notwithstanding the wrong people have sat in the top positions for too long. They don’t adapt adjust or value people and /or experience of those who actually have done thing to say.
The teams at GA are siloed, miscommunication occurs frequently, processes are not improved upon, unqualified people are making decisions, senior leadership is from the Stone Age, just to name a few things.
