Sub Contractors are in the works at all of these Diesel Shops. The union work force doest have the experience to do this style work anymore.Plus they refuse to even try to do it in most cases Supervision will not even expect them to do the work.

Sad thing is, what kind of a Juniata would we be coming back too? Abysmal moral, poor management, little to no tooling. Is there even a future there? Nobody is a soothsayer, but it's nice to see they will call people back just late enough so they can't qualify for vacation in 2023.

Over three hundred will be called back in the third quarter. Not a joke, not sarcasm, not hearsay. From the G-B at juniata.

Laughable. After that STB hearing, I would not be surprised if they sale the place to a sub contractor. With the contract in turmoil in addition to losing all kinds of business, they'll need to be creative in keeping at a .60 operating ratio. The question is how will they do it. Bringing back T and E members will likely mean cuts somewhere else.

Nothing more than a public humiliation meeting. Business will continue as usual along with the beatings to improve moral.
