Is anyone a part of RT>MS>MG’s org? What are your thoughts on where this org is going? Any intel? Seems to be getting very heavy higher up. Lots of attrition which means more work with no raises.

I dont think she has any desire to move to a higher station. She knows she is lucky to hold onto what she has. Just always agree with MS and you are going to be ok

MG is beyond stupid. She has been misguided her whole career and chases ghosts. She’s on a sinking ship of a product and trying to make some impact to move to a higher or different station. What’s she’s doing isn’t effective at all and a waste of resources.

RT needs to replace both MS and MG otherwise ACX will continue to go downhill and lots of attrition.

They would rather have the fall out and disruption from people leaving than give anyone a raise. So much knowledge and information has been lost and the ship is sinking. No going back from how bad they let it get.

No intel but can say the grass is greener on the other side. This org will have you believe you are lucky to have a job and that raises should not be expected but they are drinking the koolaid. Raises are given elsewhere just for cost of living and for rewarded hard work. Don’t give all your time to an organization that won’t show you they value you. With inflation you are losing money staying. The value for employees is not there.
