Thread regarding Hy-Vee layoffs

Does anybody still trusts this leadership?

Or believes in Randy and thinks he's doing what's best for the company and not just what's best for him personally? When I look at Glassdoor, he has a 68% approval rating, which means that there are plenty of people who did believe in him. I'd like to know how much that has changed in the last month or two?

Poeple believed in Jim Jones in 1978. Don't believe one word this ceo is trying to sell you.
He is all about him and free tickets to major sporting events. Don't drink the juice. Leave now

Not one person from store director down at store level has any faith. I’m guessing corporate is not a fan him either. As long as Randy doesn’t change his way this is the new normal for HyVee. Dude was firing staff over two years ago and now he is back to doing it again. I like how Randy took credit for record sale for the last two years. When we all know it wasn’t him but it was from Covid. Now that sales are down he isn’t taking the credit for that. He only takes credit when things are good and blames other when they are not.
