A bully, rude, bad communicator, no concept of team, and a blowhard. He will be missed by those that copy his style
I'm in sales at JNPR and am glad to see MJ go. He is useless as a sales leader and brought in deadwood to work under him. However, JNPR still has a clown show of a sales leadership still.
MJ was a bully and an incompetent leader. He and his cronies singlehandedly drove Brocade EMEA to the ground. Did the same for Juniper EMEA - he was one of the reasons, besides incompetent leadership from TR and a psychotic, unqualified manager imposed upon me that I quit Juniper several years back. I can imagine that it can only be good for Juniper employees if MJ leaves. Get rid of the cancer and prolong your lives.
