Here's a novel idea for HyVee...hire an outside company to do an employee survey. It would shed some light on what's really going on in their business. I know this would never happen as Randy has too big of an ego to do this. Plus, they would hate the results.

The problem isn’t the lack of employee feedback, it’s a failure of leadership to take meaningful action to address the issues that surface.

They say the surveys are anonymous but I have to LOG IN to get to the survey. I don’t trust a single word of it

I would never take an employee survey from corporate. I really doubt they're anonymous. I agree with the other post. It will come back to haunt you.

Please, they've done numerous "employee surveys" utilizing outside companies. And I'll tell you what, you've got to be insane if you actually participate and tell them the honest to god truth how lousy corporate (ie Randy Edeker) is running the company. And if you do I guarantee you that it will come back to haunt you despite the claims that said survey is "anonymous" blah blah blah. They will find out who made the negative comments and punish you for telling the truth. Oh, it won't be obvious. But it will happen.

Randy sees employees as expense and not assest. He take care of suit folks and that's it. I not even sure if randy really knew how cooked all hyvee books were or even wants to admit it. Any company that doesn't have check and balances on checking accurate inventories is asking for false pl statements. 80 percent of theft is employees and trust me their is white collar theft going at hyvee. Bonus paid that shouldn't have been. Don't like truth don't read this. Just smile say hyvee best place in America to work.
