Thread regarding Apache Corp. layoffs

No one's going to mention raises???

Came over to see the general feeling about how raises went this year. Seems like first time in a long time a real measurable change for employees comes along and I'm just surprised no one here is saying anything.

Not really expecting sentiments of a bunch of people to change overnight, but does everyone feel pretty good? Is it transparent or hollow somehow?
