I hear some rumors circulating, but I don’t know how much of that is true. So many people are leaving here that I don’t know if layoffs make sense at all. Any info on possible cuts is welcome. I expect the worst, but I still hope for the best. The most important thing is to be prepared.

Avaya is going going down like a lead zeppelin if you're on the outside you know if you're on the inside you should. Earnings call Tuesday will either kickstart the spiral or forstall the inevitable.
