In todays Applications Delivery townhall it started out with how fantastic the results were, they actually used the word fantastic several times.
It ended with an out of their depth HR rep saying, reward calculation only just started should be done by 1st August, but they wouldn't be able to match inflation.
At least they answered the question rather than just shout at staff like ShoutyMcShoutFace.
So yet another year where working at DXC means you earn less in real terms, whilst the workload keeps increasing. So that's 5 years out of 5.
