There was a greater teamwork culture at every company I worked for before. It may be just me but I can't get used to the general atmosphere here. How would you describe the culture here?

Yes..PS and JB will ki-l company ..they are clueless in Technology and Products ..it is like blind driver driving the bus into crowd ..
Why would GS ki-l the company when he has invested in it, but it will anyway fail due to current management because they are ki----g the work culture, every employee is worried about job security and trying to exit as soon as possible, new management did not gain trust and confidence of employees so no one will work with passion. New management is only using scare tactics if you dont do what we ask you will be fired, this is toxic culture and guaranteed to fail. Loyality is considered as crime and failure per new management,so better leave before they let you go
Idea is to clean up as much as management can (doesn't matter employees leaving or company firing or good resource or bad resource). Management just wanted ki-l the company completely. Don't you think all this happening with out GS (chairman) knowledge? do you think GS doesn't know PS or JB will fail the show again? top to bottom everyone in the company know what is going on but no one ready to take responsibility to change. Employees still want to work here and don't have any motivation to change and similarly management keep trying to get worst than previous management every time there is a change.
Now the culture is people.are disposable resources... use them and throw them..treat them like machine who should work round the clock without personal life..new leaders PS and JB think let's fire all..we will outsource..vendors will do magic..these guys since they came did not produce anything of value..besides firing people..chased away all good people.. filling those positions with totally incapable people.. because they say yes boss..I will do whatever you say..these guys have no idea how product company is built and run..
What happen when employee start getting better positions and hikes just impressing his/her manager? employee stop focusing on work and start more focus to impress managers. This is where metricstream failing, internal politics, forgetting to build better product, showing fingers between teams.
