TownHall - Nick addressing how he is perceived

You know you are an ill fit for your role when feedback from your previous townhall is that you aren’t taking questions seriously, you lack tact when addressing legitimate compensation concerns, and you make bully comments like “if you don’t like it then leave.” And the whole classification of what is and is not the contact center for bonus eligibility is ridiculous. If my team is required to make outbound calls then we are the contact center. We are forced to make contact with our clients, so make us eligible. Babying the off the street new hires that provide pi-s poor service on inbound calls is a joke.

What town hall? The one they forgot to invite swaths of employees to? Would have been nice to have had a choice to attend.

Well the old DST management team used their time at work, on the job, to find themselves wives from the girls in the office. Thats a waste of pay. Imagine it! Nowdays all companies have strict rules prohibiting management from dating co-workers! But did our founders adhere to that solid logic? NO!

DST should have sold to the employees. Employee owned companied NEVER put up with stupid stuff for long. But DST was too greedy to sell to staff

Nick W should focus more on doing the job than playing politics, even Wi---e S was a better leader - what this place needs is some honest / upfront leadership and senior management
