Wanted to hear feedback on your experience with the new STEP program. Has it benefited you in some way? Are the purposes clear to you? It is better than previous programs?

Wow is this HR’s way of getting feedback from employees?! What a joke! Then again, look who is in charge DM!
Oxy has a machine deep inside HR that generates strings of upper case letters and logos. The information is processed and developed into a matching company wide program which will be confusing, pointless, a waste of time and and a waste of money. The mother of all of them is the PR program.
Same for me on the ballroom dancing class. It was fun, but how often are you going to do the Cha Cha Cha??
I took a class on ballroom dancing years ago. Can’t say I got much out of it.
What is the STEP program. Can’t wait to hear what this stands for.
