Disclaimer..I was let go recently..but I am not writing this in spite.. read and think about with neutral mind..my objective is share what I observed..See what happens when you have, Non technical person as a CTO, people with service company with no product development running the development, People who worked in Citi internal projects bullying vendors to run the Product management, People with zero Product management a data science guy to head the Product management.. that means any one can do any job? That means no respect for domain, experience in any field...It is recipe for failure..wait and see..in 6 months.. there will not be any good resources left, with the reputation so bad they can't attract good talent, they will have to hire more contractors and good luck product development and support with vendors..churn will start...management brought external folks thinking they will do some magic,so far they have only done black magic :),these guys are worse and doing more damage from which you cannot recover...so stick around and perish or move on..what can be worse than this constant fear of future? It is sad to see once a good company going into hands of bunch of id--ts..they may be good in their respective field..but can't fit in others field and deliver..but company will realize that very late that just hiring some bullies only accelerate the damage.. Accelerate 3.0 .. hoping management will step in and take some corrective steps..Good luck to all my ex collegues

Why talking about loyalty now? Where was loyalty when your previous management fired 600 employees in 2017? Don't talk about loyalty here, it is not applicable for metricstream.
I heard the new owners PS and JB are very happy with the attrition, so that they can hire more contractors, all the
best senior folks who spent years at Metricstream,your loyalty is your curse
Basic question -How do you get quality output in any area if leader of that is not experienced in that area?
First team worked with JB and PS is product management team..they understood these guys and saw what's coming and whole team quit..now it is the turn of Technology team and CSS
GS is taking revenge on board of directors by recruiting new management.
Even a intern also analyze the points you are raising and understand the impact of handing over product based company to the management haven't specialized. When a intern can why GS or GK missing the logic? This is same as ayurvedic doctor doing open heart surgery.
Don't worry everyone in MSI is looking for job, it is a slow process of death by thousand cuts..
