Thread regarding ACI Worldwide Inc. layoffs

What bothers you most about ACI?

I have too many complains so I can't single out one as something that frustrates me the most here. Coming to ACI was my biggest mistake. I hope to find a way out as soon as possible.

I came to ACI as Tech Consultant for UOB and I must say that ACI sucks at Online Banking.

The platform is just archaic, clunky and old running still on AIX...smh, plus no knowledge about the platform has been retained, no documentation (jira and confluence are a mess), no accountability when working with customers either.

Leadership tap dances during customer meetings saying any and everything to keep the project going. The only care about revenue and billing.

I got the he-l out when I could and now seeing the news of the sell off of UOB let's me know my decision was warranted imo.
