I wouldn't mind constant reorganizations (a fancy word for layoffs) if they solved some of the many issues we've been having. The fact is, they don't. All that happens is we lose more good people and we have to do more work to cover for them until (if) they're replaced. Completely pointless, other than providing a temporary boost to the bottom line.
