title says it all - don't know of the count but I do know many were laid off.

WARN is a Washington state requirement and does not apply to employees in other states. WARN requires a 60 day notice, or payment, to WA employees in companies of 100+.

Did they get a warn notice from Microsoft ahead of time? Is that not the way layoffs work here?
