How stressful.

Obviously could be different here but I don't know you risk being forced out early to avoid severance.

They assume and will get a certain amount of attrition announcing this early.

They hope they only get what is baked into their model.

Transition and maintaining business is a ton of work.

"you" are definitely considered necessary until you aren't meaning transition is fully complete and out of any warranty type period and Accenture is fully responsible.

I know it doesn't help to say don't worry but that can probaby go lower on your list.

I was let go last year in July round..It was a shocker at first, took a while to sink it in. After one year I can say life has never been so happy after July 2021.

Cheers for letting me go..It would have been a tough choice if I had to make it, Thanks to the company and my super smart management group.

I am one to be impacted and found out I have cancer in the same week. So much for our "American" free choice medical system. Not sure what to say. We were told this is due to a merger. I am not sure this is true, sounds like outsourcing again. The customers will ultimately be impacted. We were promised a "severance" package. One of the sad things is that we have to keeping working like nothing happened. I think they will try to get rid of us before we "qualify for severance". God knows what will happen if we do not follow the oligarch/party/corporate line. My heart goes out to all my brothers and sisters who are impacted by this devastating corporate and not human decision to yet again to elevate corporate greed.

That's not completely correct, suits are very concerned about the little guy. Who else will fetch their Starbucks, lunch and run their other "important" errands? They love the little guy but, they need to stay that way.

The above is sarcasm btw.....just explaining it for the little guys! LoL.

Suits on top don't give a damn about the little guy. Scummy corporation is scummy, news at 11.

Yes it’s all about greed. They laid us off 1,200 plus employees. Our jobs were outsourced to workers in India for lower wages.

I’m so sorry for anyone impacted by this. I just don’t understand how these executives can be so cruel.

I am pretty positive the IT count shown here is way too low.
