State Farm

I left in 2018…..man TheFarm became dumpster fire…..I was in estimatics and they pushed us out the door and now I’m hearing they need people…..LOL……I’m not coming back, this hub system was an horrible idea but you can’t tell corporate that. I saw senior managers of departments were upset that they were not consulted about the changes…….I pray that a lot of the good people that is still there…..make that jump out of there

Just like this administration. The more pain you go through, the better the benefit. SF leadership is a hard sell. 😔

Easy to understand your bitterness and jealousy.

@2lcg. I really wouldn't rely too heavily on the education especially with the college indoctrinated sh*t their putting out there today. I'll take a HS educated common sense work ethic over a brat who thinks I should pay off his loans and is entitled.

@wrq-I can see why you need the money-getting bounced early as a HS educated estimator portends a pretty bleak future.

@izkh….We can tell that you don’t care. Do much that you needed five paragraphs to explain that you don’t care.

LOL-now there is another ignorant and uninformed comment. The Insurance Industry as a whole, including SF , is one of the most heavily regulated and audited industries in the U.S. Companies are regulated at both state and federal level. Every financial statement requires an attestation from CEO on 100% accuracy. Penalty for errors, potential imprisonment. Only nitwits like you make up numbers..

Or maybe there are liars, darn liars and forced statistical numbers that support your authoritarian propaganda. You can pay anyone to produce any numbers you want.

Here's the truth they won't tell you:

Yes, a lot of us quit and/or retired because we were not and still are not in the favor the direction the company went. They're many more who think that way but are in fear of retaliation. No one should ever fear truth.

They fall back on therapy and mental health with name calling if you disagree with their narrative. They want to silence and cancel you if you disagree even if you have evidence to prove how correct your position may be.

If it is for their benefit and you are a minion, you are told to shut up and do your job because of their sneaky behind closed doors policies that line the pockets of the select few.

It's time they stop their mental illness, therapy, and help campaign and open their hearts to those who they consider "less than" because they too have skin in the game.

Personally, I could say I don't care because I no longer have any skin in the game for myself. I loved SF when I was there but unlike them, I care for more than just myself.

@kib

Another person who cannot define "communism" but uses it because his favorite hatecaster uses it nightly.

Here is the truth of the matter…

A lot of you folks who left or were let go are bitter. It’s not about having an opinion. It’s about feeling some type of way…usually negative…about a prior experience.

Rather than move on and seek some type of healing you folks continue to hold onto these feelings and try to force feed them to others…..usually those of us still with the company.

The reality is many of you know, but are too prideful to admit, the grass is not greener in many other places. Regardless, of where you go in today’s world employers have high demands, high stress environments, mediocre pay, and cr---y benefits.

Yet, somehow or the other those years you spent toiling away at SF are basis for your ire….despite the reality that SF actually offers above average benefits especially if you were fortunate enough to find yourself vested in the pension.

Some of you regret leaving. Others are bitter by the fact that they jumped from one fire to the next after investing years with SF. Others are bitter about being forced out. Regardless, at some point you have to make peace and MOVE ON.

It is not healthy or normal to sit around bemoaning and gossiping about a company where you no longer work.

Again, go heal and seek therapy.

I suppose once you leave a company you have no right to express your opinion and if you do, you need therapy? Wow! What a leap! So much for freedom and expression of thought. Someone who has a different viewpoint needs therapy? When you point a finger three are pointing back at you. Stop yes stop trying to shut people up for having a different opinion and jumping to conclusions that are simply not true. You are defaming.

It’s really weird that people who supposedly left the company still think, talk, and gossip about the company.

When I’m done with a job/company I’m done.

Some of you need to heal and seek therapy. It’s clear as day SF wasn’t the only problem.

This is what happens in a all about me and take care of yourselves corporate philosophy. It is destructive and we are well on our way to communism. It is what the colleges have indoctrinated what SF is hiring and will only get worse.
