What's happening with layoffs?

There were supposed to be cuts yesterday, did that happen?

** If you want to punch the clock and go nowhere for 30 years, Suncor is the place.

At the end of the day, there is a good work life balance, and people are respectful of your time. You're unlikely to be too stressed, because everything moves at a snail's pace and there's really no repercussions for being wrong.

Most of the full time employees who are more than 10 years take their job for granted. It is incredible to witness the little work they do. They pretend they work hard but what it can be accomplished if they come late, leave work 1 hour early, take lunch breaks longer than 1 hour and keep taking constant breaks in between. Many advisors who doesn’t advise but keep delegating their work to others. This is a kind of bureaucracy

I do not work at Suncor but I own it’s shares. I want Suncor’s stock to go up and things to be improved. If I were a new CEO I’d hire an external consultant company to examine and come with some proposals that would lead to more lean and effective org structure
