Anyone has the salary info for Associate Senior Software Engineer?

If you don't accept an offer for work, you will NOT get severance because at that point it is YOUR choice to leave (by not accepting). If you want severance, you're going to have to wait around for them to lay you off at which point it is not your choice to leave.
Say you've been here for 8 years and feel underpaid. Oracle offers you the same pay approx as what Cerner pays you. Am I right you would get Cerner severance if you didn't accept the Oracle offer?
For anyone feeling underpaid this seems like a really good job change opportunity. For an 8 year associate that is 16 weeks of severance... Plenty of time to search..
It's about $80K, assuming KC as the locaton.
