Blue Pulse results… are we surprised?

Most problems due to low raises and people leaving because of it. So much knowledge out the door and more to come if raises are not given soon.
Hopefully they will also listen to the survey results about all the unnecessary training and over the top diversity emphasis. We need real training for the jobs we have to do and technology we need to learn! Too much time spent on things besides our actual work.
