There can’t possibly be a single white collar professional left at Schenectady that has any self respect or ability. Anyone that has either would have left long ago.
GE was once a gold stamp on an employees resume. As a hiring manager who used to work at GE, I have started to treat any recent resume experience at GE as a ‘do not hire’ order. Anyone that has stayed there through the endless disfunction, benefit degradation, and Mickey Mouse politics must be either incompetent or enjoy that type of environment.
I used to tell people to leave while they can. Now I don’t say a word. They need to stay at Schenectady and not poison any other companies (especially mine).

Great healthcare? What GE do you work at? Sure aint the GE in Schenectady.
Someone called has wrecked the place, a union member suing his own union! He wants cash, cash, cash, cash, cash, cash...it's all about him
the smoke from the mirrors has disappeared
So as a "hiring manager", were you part of the problem?
why take a shot at white collar professionals, the problem is a-s time with union.
GE is a great place...the stock price really reflects that
GE is a great place to work, great healthcare, great wages and most of all job security. The CA saved hundreds of jobs here in Schenectady. It was a change that was needed after the company broke down the worthless union. Don’t be fooled I been hearing a lot of rumors of layoffs are coming soon. 80 plus out the door in Schenectady 273 and 66
