There were some rumors about possible layoffs this week, has there been any more info on that?

Select few? Nearly 100 UK employees are in scope for TUPE to Redcentric.
Employees all being let go on June 30 except for a select few moving to the new owner.
@7vlz+1he8SKXY any links for the UK bit?
Just to say that the Sungard AS UK no longer exists... R.I.P.
US part next month. At least 50% reduction in workforce.
Good bye and far well.
@4qfl+1he8SKXY wtf did I say. Only asked a quesiton
@2uxe+1he8SKXY Thanks buddy, you're just full of information.
Andy giggles?? You been in a coma the past few years?
Andy Giggles is smart - there is no future for this company, there is no path forward out of all the debt.
@3lkn+1he8SKXY thanks. I'll bring the tea.
I’ve started working for another cloud provider a few months ago. My manager doesn’t care as he is in his way out. Double dipping salaries is fun
That auction sale takes place at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld overlooking Bryant Park on July 11th at 10:00 AM. It's a lovely place. I'll be eating my usual croissant in the park by the fountain just prior.
You haven't been paying attention.
Resignations are coming in at least one per day. They don't need to lay off anyone
Haven't heard anything about the auction beyond the Dgtl Infra article back in April.
The US arm of the business goes up for auction in July (no joke) and you're not just potentially dealing with what SG might do in terms of layoffs, but also what buyer(s) might do with the assets and employees. If you're still there, your chances of being told adios may virtually doubled in days. Tip: Be proactive.
Are you new there? Every day is a possible layoff day
Do yourself a favor … leave that POS company and get a job elsewhere
Youll be much happier
Yes, there will be as they need to cut numbers due to Chapter 11 and LT want it sorted before 1st July.
UK being told this week who will be moving over to the new company and then the rest are at RISK of redundancy.
Somebody must know if it's true or not.
