Thread regarding Marathon Oil Corp. layoffs

My workload is almost tripled

Without any exaggeration, I do almost enough work for three people. I don't know anyone whose workload hasn't increased drastically. Of course I am looking for a new job because it seems that MRO does not intend to reduce the workload. How do you deal with so much pressure?

Pressure? There is really none at MRO. You can fu-k up every day, all day and no one says sh-t. My advice, collect your paycheck and shut up.

To answer the op, you either deal with the pressure, or come to The Layoff to whine.

You've made your choice

Get use to it as this is the new normal...the MRO way. You have choice of a paycheck with MRO or you can leave. Your choice. This is how MRO empowers the employee. The new Jill mythology. Suck it up, stop complaining, or just leave.
