If their is another recession no worries if they cut anymore at the shops only body parts are left . Not many are willing to give up an arm or a leg for such a great company .

Very few layoffs after Jan 21st 2021, so it was union money well spent. The railroads did all their trimming when their man was in the WH.

They use the excuse to cut cut and cut some more. Then plead poverty and economic downturn for the contract negotiations.

They can cut and cut and cut and they will never get to me, The problem is everything on the outside world is going up and i'm still getting paid the same.

If a recession hits, there will be furloughs. Count on it. The higher ups never waste an excuse to cut manpower.
