Does anybody recall Mike S saying he has a "people first strategy" on last year's earnings call. So far from the truth.
What a joke his making of the staff. "People last" would be the actual truth.

People are first alright, but some come in first than others.
Just leave people! You're trying to ice-skate up a hill trying to be recognised and appreciated at DXC.
I recently left and got 20% raise just for turning up. Unless you're near retirement just leave.
It is absolutely people first.
Some people (Mike, Steak Cutter etc) are first in line for lots of money
Other people (everyone else) are first in line to be laid off.
Simple really, isn't it?
Employees are on both ends of the bell curve when it comes to salary and ratings. You know who is on the top end of the bell curve!
"The doctor said he would have me (DXC employee) on my feet in two weeks". My DXC assignment manager ask$ ".... And did he... " me says truth of this state of affairs being a loyal employee "Yes, I had to sell my shares to afford my lease plan towards my ford EV to afford the DR's consultancy fee..."
C'mon gang, we do have a people first strategy.
It's just that it's a small group of people and you're not in that group.
If you were in it then there would be less for me and C-Level buddies and that would simply not do at all, where would my next Rolex come from?
DXC's "people first" refers to the the priority order for asset disposal.
Easier to sort at the top as there are less of them and they can't do any worse than their predecessors, though they consume almost 80% of the wealth that would otherwise be distributed to the majority in the middle and the wider bottom. Imagine the distribution of wealth as a bell shape, with a bell end at the top.
We hired a bunch of VPs and SVPs - and they are taking care of the people by hosting fireside chats and townhalls.
When it comes to pay and raises you can't trust a word of what Mike promises.
Been 3 years now that's plenty of time if he wanted to sort out pay.
He seems to be able to sort it for the people at the top without any difficulty.
