Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Same issues from year to year

It is sad that employees have the same complaints year after year. I can only conclude that State Farm did not intend, nor does it intend to improve anything here. I wish I wasn't right and if there is any issue from 6-7 years back that has been resolved, I stand corrected. Issues are the same. There are just more and more of them as time goes on.

The quality of business being written today is not close to 10 years ago.

@1toh…..I mentioned customers in…

  1. The Company is growing.

However we feel about it, it’s not driving them away as many say it is.

@gtw. Yeah right! It's that simple. Not once do you mention customers. CEO will pay a huge price omitting that.

Two issues have been corrected:

  1. The Company is growing
  2. The Company is making money.

Since those are the two things a CEO is judged upon....the rest need to get over it.

Staffing has been the ultimate problem and has been going on for over 10 years or longer. The same time policies continue to grow and the use of metrics has been used continuously. So glad I left years ago and got away from a toxic company.
