Thread regarding F5 Networks Inc. layoffs

Layoffs in Works 100% Sure

Just my gut feeling, but it never fails. Something's cooking.

Major Layoffs in the past have occurred around ~2008, ~2018-2019, and I expect some in 2022. Sales teams (and consultants) are laid off more frequently. Stock price increases after a layoff as much as 3-5%. F5 is a good company to work for. All major global corporations have to be a little "evil" to survive.

I think we are ok for now

we may have issues if a recession kicks in but for now we are ok

just keep your resume ready just in case

Across the whole company or just your org? what makes you think so? I just heard there is a hiring freeze... not sure if that's company wide or not...
