Centene loves it when employees feel grateful to have a job at all. Maybe that's why there are no improvements here. The manager does everything in his power to make us think we can’t do better. Have you ever wondered how many people would love to do your job? I don't think there are many who would do my job for more than two months.

Sounds like you may just have a sh---y manager. I am a manager myself, and you don’t retain people using the fear tactic. You retain them by valuing their ideas, communicating often and honestly, and helping them to grow and develop in their careers with the organization and even beyond. Maybe look for another department?
No one will do my job. That is why Centene keeps asking that I return and advertising my job as available for month.
