Someone said so on the US Bank forum and I can't disagree because it seems to me that the US bank has no clue what they are doing in this merger. What do you think?

The executives reporting to the CEO are probably the biggest risk to the bank. Regulators should look at the Risk and Compliance teams and how they keep shifting the requirements and their inability to agree on any thing. Seems things that used to pass Audit and Regulators are now broken.
They are clueless. They have never done something this big and have even botched the smaller acquisitions. US Bank has so many issues to overcome that this acquisition is just going to keep dragging on. Don’t get me wrong, our leadership has also screwed this up.
