Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

How many Execs does it take to change a company ?

One to build the 1990s slide deck, another to argue about meaningless changes and 120 to post about their personal views or comment on the competition.

Ha! I am an old pteradactyl not ELT and certainly not CSO. My statement highlighted that this is a child's riddle based on "how many people does it take to sc--w in a lightbulb" and was not meant to be condescending which is more than can be said regarding the opening post or your response ironically

@2xpp+1hpQlhEE why do you even come to this site if your strategy is working and the company is doing well? Spend your time on Yammer! With condescending language like "juvenile" we know exactly who you are "CSO" who sets the direction to drive right off the cliff. Other ELT members are more worried on making political statements than developing products....don't count on your fat paychecks coming in from TDC too much longer

The exit strategy is in motion but with a bit of sadness. Happy 4th of July to all and to a healthy and happy life!

How many? A handful to set the direction, and the rest of the company to execute it.

You might not like the direction, or believe it is fully defined, but either fight to improve it or stop taking the paycheck. It should not need to be said, but juvenile posts on this site do not count as improving.
