Not that they'll ever be worth anything, but the SO grants Riverbed is offering are a slap in the many-times-already-slapped face. This company is a joke and so am I for staying here.

Great motivation for happy slaves to work two days a week instead of three. What a genius they are for such a brilliant goal.
These options are pathetic. They honestly would’ve been better off not giving anything out. Not sure how anyone can feel good or excited about these grants or even feel incentivized to see them vest. These options make me actually want to leave not stay, maybe that the goal here, to UN-incentivize folks from staying here and accelerate the exodus of talent
