I don’t think it’s to serve the CEO’s pockets. I think some politicians exploit differences to gain access to power so they can sell access to it, and some workers exploit what they can to gain advantage for opportunities in the workplace. But some people are true believers that the majority population is a racist, patriarchal system of cis-gendered, colonial, whig-wearing, wooden-toothed slave owners. They’re so obsessed with this crazy narrative that they think they’re sitting right next to one at work. It’s a mental illness.

I get what you’re saying. Diversity and acceptance are obviously important, everyone understands that. But how about also prioritizing the development of cool products that people actually want to buy?? Without that, it doesn’t matter who you are. The ship goes down, everyone is equally screwed.
The obvious code words "woke" "diversity" and "snowflake" are clear indications of a racist agenda. It's the standard vocabulary. The poorly disguised obscenity doesn't make it any better.
