Thread regarding Accenture layoffs

From reading these posts, it looks like most of you would be happy to be laid off since you hate working here. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that, but there are those of us who still like our jobs and don't relish the idea. It might not be perfect, but Accenture pays me well and I work with a great team of people I consider to be my friends. I don't want to start over somewhere else. Why don't some of you volunteer for layoffs? It would get you what you want (leave with severance) and maybe save a few jobs. If I hated this place as much, I would do that without thinking.
