It’s specifically about my manager, though I guess the others aren’t much better either.
All that person does is demotivate and demoralize the employees, who then end up leaving. He of course still stays here.
Are there any managers here who actually know how to boost employee morale?

I’m just enjoying the thought of Riverbed managers being experts at anything.
My manager thinks letting me travel for conferences is a perk. LOL
