Seems people hired as remote are being told to return to office. No exceptions granted. If true, feels like USAA wants people to quit. Maybe to thin the herd before layoffs.

I am aware of one area in Bank that were "remote" but being told by their Director to expect hybrid by end of year. I cannot say if all the company is going this route, but seeing signs as well.
I saw a document for Omni Leaders they are expected in office 3-days a week. Not sure how it could apply to other areas but seeing more signs of RTO.
False. Our new HR executive is very flexible and pro-remote. My org is also flexible, pro-remote. We are expanding our talent search geographically to find the best talents.
