The Lincoln tech paramus campus is in full blown meltdown mode. The entire management team that had been here for years has now either left or been replaced by a new management team that intends to move the old out and bring the new in. After a decade working here, I have never seen such a culture shift from caring to chaos. From a campus working together to pointing fingers. In addition to the entire management team, almost the entire nursing department has either walked off the job or been fired. The new nursing director is nasty, unprofessional, self serving, holds herself in such high regard that everyone and everything is wrong. The new campus director is similar and cannot be trusted. She is doing the typical strategy and saying how things were not done in compliance and pointing out how things are so wrong so she can play the hero. She only talks about herself and either comes in late everyday, misses meetings, doesn’t go to meetings, doesn’t hold important meetings, and will chew out anyone who gets in her way. It’s not much what she says but how she says it that is off-putting. More of us are on the verge of leaving or about to blow this up to HR. Lincoln WAKE UP, you let two wolves into your sheep den!

That campus needed new blood and a kick in the a$$. Their nursing department was in shambles . They blame the pandemic but our campus got back on its feet faster with no major issues. If Paramus didn’t, it’s because whatever they were doing before the pandemic wasn’t sustainable. Or whoever was there wasn’t getting it done and lots of bandaids. I’m tired of hearing how the pandemic hit Paramus when other campuses are doing fine. Bunch of whiners.
Sad
Another one bites the dust. Assistant DON resigned I heard. The Paramus campus IS unhinged. Watching from another campus is like watching a car accident or the titanic sinking. What’s going on over there?
This is sad news to hear. I used to work for Lincoln Tech Paramus and only left due to family obligation reasons. Not sure why the former leadership left or if it was due to retirement or what. But from the sounds of it, the new management is ki----g that campus in every way. Good luck to all who are left.
I’m looking. Been on a few interviews already. I’m all about change, but positive change. This is ridiculous. This new team likes to create conflict
I was recently approached about returning to the campus as an instructor and when I asked a colleague who still works there about the new management, he advised to stay clear.
