Never before have I heard from so many they're looking to leave. I think people are truly shaken up and upset by what has happened and they want to move on before something similar happens again. I can see 7-Eleven losing a lot of good people over this in the next few months.

Make sure to share how bad the experience of working for 7-Eleven is on sites / apps such as Glassdoor as well. Those are sites where people look during the interview process when considering new employers. There’s going to be so much blowback in the Store Support Center in Irving, TX soon… make sure to warn potential candidates who would consider 7-Eleven as place to build a career so they understand how truly slimy the C-suite is, how poor the culture is, and the company’s lack of any kind of values or integrity and how now they will likely be trying to pay new hires Enon, OH level salaries on Dallas-Fort Worth cost of living.
