I think that those who are satisfied with the job training they received here are in the minority. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's just my bad experience?

Agree with poor training, which is a reflection on management and too many “cooks in the kitchen.” In my department (BH) one manager trains one way and another a different way, with no consistency or established procedures. Have been really disappointed with the lack of involvement in daily operations by senior leaders while the incompetent BH Unit Mgrs run the department into the ground. I question my decision to work here daily.
Agreed. Too much training on non work related items such as diversity and ongoing and repeated Hiipa law training. Get some real training on the business and new technology instead of wasting our time with well meaning but ultimately ineffective training.
It's been poor for quite some time. It's one of the primary reasons for such high attrition among new hires.
