@1szg you have to have viable product to sell. Doesn't matter who is selling, nor who is leading the sales team. I think Sungard forgot to keep innovating. Repackaging and marking up other folks' products will only get you so far, unless you're legitimately adding value.
Regarding workplace recovery, I would imagine that you'd have to be adding more locations, not shutting down existing ones. Plus, Covid more or less blew that model out of the water anyhow, for most customers, once everyone realized you really can do it all from home.

@puz+1iAhh5P3 Leadership has turned over several times since 2012, but sales have tanked every year regardless of who is at the helm. We've had different CEO's, different CTO's, different head of Sales, but it seems to make no difference. Not sure who is exactly to blame.
