So far I'm finding Lee Hecht Harrison consultant to be useless. They seem to have a tunnel vision of what next steps should be and are not listening to what I want. Is anyone finding them to be a real resource or is it just a guise for 2U to feel like the "good guy" during layoffs?

If you all want a solid option of what does work, check out Doug Levin at Jobstars. He has been incredibly helpful, not pushy at all, and completely has an individual touch - https://www.linkedin.com/in/dlevin/
No, I would have found $1,000 more helpful.
They reformatted mine too but it was full of typos after. :(
They reformatted my resume so that it can be scanned within applicant tracking systems that most companies use to choose which candidates get a phone screen. Haven't used anything else other than that yet.
