College degree? Do you have one?

Do you have a college degree, and, if so, what in?

I didn’t think a college degree is really necessary to work at a Walmart store. Sam said it was character and honesty that made a good associate.

Never finished High School - got a GED in Cenikor dr-g rehab - worked my tail off from frozen food stocker to ASM within a year - promoted then removed from ASM due to son being born and putting in 80 hr work week was to much. Became a DMgr then took a pay cut to be an ASM again - was a Co. mgr. for 5yrs and ran every complex store in Houston and became a Store Mgr. to a store that had 5 store mgrs. in 4 years and I stepped down after 11mths after everyday working for 11mths never seeing my family - made over 150k a year for 2 years = now working 43 hours a week making 75k a year !

Went to school for computer Science and have a Bachelors degree from UofH and it never got my anywhere !

Walmart is worse than dope dealer !

BSBA management with 3.2 GPA. Couple engineering degrees. Sam built his walmart with people that didnt have high school degrees. That is what is lost in the present failing wmt corp culture. Dedicated hard working expecting results and getting them culture.

Last comment WOKE me up. Thats a huge win for wmt present floundering corporate culture. So your the one who uses big words like "stupid" and "yawn". Wow you the man who does the red down votes. Impressive, could never believe it took so much education to be wmt minister of truth. crash and burn for you . Taking the company where no man has gone before. Fact you will never hire someone smarter than you. pointing out another crack, wmt has to raise the bar on corporate culture.

Dude, this is a Walmart board. You’d be better off asking if they had a middle school or high school degree. What the heck were you thinking?
