Could it be that students are actually understanding the course materials and not using Chegg to cheat on their homework anymore?
I guarantee you that the majority of Chegg's revenue comes from students cheating. Is that necessarily Chegg's fault? Not entirely but perhaps doing nothing about content moderation is kind of looks bad for Chegg.
